As a virtual support to you, I am a freelancer and independent contractor. This means I work remotely and on my own schedule outside of my full-time employment.
Because of the above, I pay my own taxes and you would not be my employer.
I require all clients to sign a service contract after we decide to work together.
You’re not responsible to provide me with any supplies or equipment. I’ve already got everything I need to support you!
I communicate effectively and transparently. You will always be in-the-know regarding the workload you’ve assigned me. Furthermore, lines of communication will always be open should you have any questions or need for clarity regarding assignments given to me. Let’s discuss your expectations!
We will mutually agree to the hours needed per week or month. If these hours exceed the agreed upon amount, you will be either charged an additional hourly rate or will be brought to the next payment tier.
